Send us photos or a sketch of what you would like. Tell us the 3 or 4 most important elements to feature in your design as well as the wording to be used.

Our artists will produce your design from the information provided. Once complete, we will send you the artist rendering for approval. Please allow 30-60 days for the design.

When the art for a multi-layer ornament is sent for your approval, we will include images of a paper model of your design, so you can clearly see the different layers.

After your approval of the art, the ornament will be produced. Please allow a minimum of 75 days after art approval for the product to ship F.O.B. Blaine, WA.

Jackson Pacific has been one of North America’s leading brass ornament suppliers since 1978. Foundedby tourism industry visionary Jim Pettit, the company began with simple hand-drawn brass designsbefore evolving to enter the digital age under his wife Gladys’ leadership after his passing. In 2019, A.T.Storrs acquired the business, having long admiredthe craftsmanship and custom designs. For over fourdecades, our commitment to quality, personalized service, and the creation of meaningful keepsakeshas remained the same.
